A quick mango n yoghurt drink ,appropriate for breakfast or post workout.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 diced mangoes
  2. 2/3 cup thick yoghurt tied in a muslin cloth
  3. 1/2 cup ice
  4. 1 tbsp sugar optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth about 15 to 30 seconds
  3. Refrigerate upto 3 to 4 hours
