Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 6 Rotis
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 1/2 cup castor sugar
  4. 1 glass water
  5. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. 1 pinch of saffron (kesar)

Instructions

  1. Roast the pre-made rotis on a pan, press them one by one with a clean cloth to make it crispy on a low flame. Check it should not burn.
  2. Grind the rotis in a mixer grinder to make it into powder form, make sure there are no lumps.
  3. Then add the cardamom powder and add little by little milk and knead into a dough.
  4. Now make small balls. Deep fry the wheat balls on a low flame and let the balls cool down,
  5. On the other side make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in the pan. Boil it and let the sugar dissolve. Add saffron to the syrup. Make sure the syrup isn't to thick.
  6. Add the wheat gulab jamun to the syrup.
  7. It is ready to be served.
