Dark Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients to make Dark Chocolate Sorbet

  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 170 gmsSemi sweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp coffee

How to make Dark Chocolate Sorbet

  1. Whisk together water, sugar, salt and cocoa powder in a big bowl and heat it till sugar dissolves.Whisk it frequently so that it doesn't burn.
  2. Remove from flame and add coffee, chocolate and vanilla.
  3. Blend it for 15 seconds. Pour it into ice cream tin.
  4. Keep it in freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Remove and whisk nicely to remove any icecles.
  6. Pour it back and freeze it
  7. Remove after an hour and whisk it again.
  8. Repeat once more and freeze it.
  9. Enjoy your sorbet.
