Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Tangzhong recipe
  2. All purpose flour -2tablespoons
  3. Water-10 tablespoons
  4. Bun ingredients
  5. All purpose flour-2 cups
  6. Instant yeast-1 teaspoon
  7. Oil -1 tablespoon
  8. Warm milk-6 tablespoons
  9. Sugar-2 tablespoons (grind it)
  10. Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  11. Tangzhong cooled
  12. Black pepper -as required
  13. Butter -2 spoon (for butter wash)

Instructions

  1. Mix all expect milk
  2. Rub and add milk little at a time
  3. Knead well.it is very important step as softness of buns depends upon it.so knead for at least 15 minutes
  4. Keep the dough in an air tight container in warm place for one hour or till double the dough
  5. After one hour punch the dough and line a tin
  6. Shape dough in small rounds and shape little dough in very small round for teddy bear ears and nose
  7. Shape dough in teddy bear and make eyes with black pepper
  8. Put these buns in tin for half and hour or till double in size
  9. Apply milk with brush
  10. Preheat oven at 200 degree and bake buns for about 20 minutes or till light brown
  11. Apply butter immediately on hot buns
