Ingredients to make Paratha bun

  • 1 cup maida
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 cup boiled white matar ( ragda)
  • 4 tbsp green chutney
  • Chopped green chilli
  • 1 cup chopped carrot,onion, Capsicum, coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 Tbsp chaat masala

How to make Paratha bun

  1. In bowl take maida,salt, baking soda,and curd and knead soft dough and keep aside for one hour
  2. After one hour take small portion of ready dough and make roti
  3. Spread boiled matar and green chutney on roti
  4. Put chopped veggie and spread dry masale
  5. Now fold the roti
  6. Put in microwave proof bowl and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree
  7. Serve hot
