  1. Jelly crystal 1 packet
  2. Boiling water 1/2 cup
  3. Tonic water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix the content of the jelly packet
  2. Add boiling water
  3. Mix till jelly crystals dissolved
  4. Add tonic water
  5. Pour in mold and set
  6. Use black or uv light and see it glow
