Easy indian style pine apple pudding with a layer of pine apple syrup

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ingrdnts Pine apple 1 cut into smaller pieces
  2. Sugar 2.5cup
  3. Milk 500ml
  4. China grass 10gm
  5. Condensed milk
  6. Cherries
  7. Food color a pinch

Instructions

  1. Soak china grass in cold water ..melt it on low flame
  2. Mix half cup of sugar with pineapple and a pinch of food color in a saucepan cook on low flame for 10 minutes Take out the pine apple pieces Cool the remaining syrup
  3. Spread the pine apple pieces on a tray or a pudding bowl. If you are using bowl u can flip over the pudding upside down
  4. Boil milk in a sauce pan Stir well Add condensed milk sugar and mix well Turn of the flame one it starts boiling
  5. Add 3/4th of melted china grass to milk and mix well Transfer this to tray slowly Mix the remaining china grass with pine apple syrup add syrup as a layer on the top of milk when it starts solidifying Garnish with cherries
  6. Serve chilled
