Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach. 2 cup
  2. For batter---
  3. Moong mogar dal. 1 cup
  4. Whole moong green dal. 1 cup
  5. Rice. 1 cup
  6. Urad dal. 1 cup
  7. Salt as needed per taste
  8. Ginger. Little bit
  9. Green chillies. 4
  10. For frying dosa-
  11. Oil 1/2 cup
  12. Kadi neem. 6-7
  13. Garlic. 1 spoon chopped
  14. Onion. 1 big cup
  15. Coriander. 1 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. First wash all dal, soaked overnight for preparation of batter.
  2. Spinach, ginger, green chillies add to that dal & blend in mixer for batter.
  3. For topping of pessaratu ,mix onion,coriander,ginger,garlic,curry leaves,lemon juice in bowl. Now in a preheated pan spread that batter about 1 & 1/2 spoon .
  4. Add immediately the above mentioned topping in that. add some oil in that.
  5. Pessaratu is ready to serve with peanut chatney.
