Healthy and tasty roll, full of vegetables. If your children are not ready to eat Roti Sabji then its a good option for all mummys.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 bowls
  2. Mainda 2 table spoons
  3. Water as per requirement
  4. Oil 3 table spoons
  5. Garlic ginger chilli paste
  6. Finely chopped cabbage, carrot, onion and capsicum 1 bowl
  7. Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 bowl
  8. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour and Maida and make a dough by adding water and salt.
  2. Now take pan and add oil .
  3. After heating oil add garlic ginger chilli paste and add mashed potatoes .
  4. After that add finely chopped veggies and salt .
  5. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
  6. Now take the dough and make a Roti by using oil on tava.
  7. Add stuffing to the Roti and roll it
  8. Put the roll on tava and warm it.
  9. Vegetable Frankie is ready.
