Its inspired recipe.. yummy like heaven no fuss, and though its gelo because its sets like jelly i used no gelatine no agar agar. Only natural ingridients..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 11/2 cup fresh. Chena/paneer
  2. 4 tbsp fresh heavy cream
  3. 4 tbsp sugar/ honey/ stevia
  4. 1/4 cup mango puree
  5. FOR GARNISH
  6. 8-10 sliced pistachios
  7. 1 alphanso chopped
  8. Saffron

Instructions

  1. First we will mash fresh chena with hands add sugar ,mash it till soft.
  2. Heat a pan add paneer mixture saute it till mixture leaves sides. Add mango puree and cream. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Mixture should not be dry. It should be creamy .
  3. Pour it in serving glasses. Chill it in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish it with 1 tbsp mango puree, chopped mangoes and sliced pistachios and saffron.
  5. Serve chilled. Your stylish mango sandesh help is ready.
