Ingredients to make Laddu

  • Thick wheat flour 2 bowl
  • Good or sugar powder 2 bowl
  • Elachi powder pinch of
  • water as required
  • oil for deep fry
  • ghee 1 1/2 bowl
  • Dry fruit chopped 1/2 bowl

How to make Laddu

  1. Take flour and add 2 table spoons oil mix it make small balls out of them, deep fry them.
  2. Now blend that fried laddu in mixer and blend them into powder.
  3. Now heat a pan with ghee, make sure that it is all melted.
  4. Add the melted ghee into the powdered laddu powder.
  5. Add all dry fruits and make laddus out of the above mixture.

My Tip:

Ghee is must and in perfect quantity.
