  1. Pineapple 3-4 slices
  2. Papaya 3-4 slice
  3. Apple 1
  4. Olive oil 1 tsp
  5. Black salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. Cut the 3-4 sliced pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Cut the 3-4 sliced papaya into small pieces.
  3. Now cut apple also into pieces.
  4. Take a bowl mix all fruits pieces add olive oil, black salt, black pepper, chat masala.
  5. And mix well. Eat this salad only in dinner and you will feel the difference in just 1 month.
