ABOUT Mango ice cream RECIPE

Everyone loves ice cream and what better than something which is seasonal, a delightful mango ice cream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup chopped mango
  2. 3/4cup Sugar
  3. 1cup milk powder
  4. 1/4 cup Milk
  5. 1/2cup malai or fresh cream
  6. Almond nd pistachio (optional for garnish )

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar put chopped mango ,milk ,sugar and milk powder , make a puree,
  2. Then add malai or fresh cream in it and grind not more than 30sec (or mix properly )
  3. Take a ice cream mould or tin pot
  4. Pour the mango mixture in the pot and set for 6hrs in to the freezer
  5. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
