Beetrrot dhokla is one of the delish snack . It is very healthy twist in regular recipe . I have cooked dhokla in idli moulds for giving it a shape .

Nice recipe
Combine the yellow gram flour and curd , add water for dhokla consistency .
Add grated beetroot , ginger green chilli paste , Salt , oil and lemon juice and mix well .
Meanwhile grease idli moulds and put water on steamer for boiling .
Now add eno salt into the dhokla batter and immediately pour the batter into the idli moulds .
Steam it for about 15 - 20 minutes or till dhokla are cooked . When dhoklas are cooked keep aside .
Now take a pan add oil , add mustard seeds , when seeds start crackle add green chilli and curry leaves . After 2 minutes turn off the gas .
Pour this tempering over the prepared dhoklas . Serve with chutney of your choice .
