Three layered jelly cake ...with mango layer, coconut milk layer and glassy layer with cut fruits (mango, blueberries)

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango cubed 1/2 no
  2. blueberries sliced 1/4 cup
  3. any cut fruits (optional)
  4. Mango puree/juice 3/4 cup
  5. Coconut milk 3/4 cup
  6. 1 1/2 cup water
  7. agar agar 4 tbsp
  8. Sugar 1/2cup
  9. lychee juice 1/cup

Instructions

  1. Boil agar agar in water with sugar. ....
  2. Then seperate the liquid in 3 parts.
  3. To the one part add mango puree mix it well and pour in a mould and allow it to set.
  4. To second part add thick coconut milk mix it well and pour over the mango layer when it is semi set
  5. .To the last part add lychee juice add cut fruits ( mango cubed , blueberries etc).fruits of any choice and pour over the coconut milk layer.
