Falooda ,is popular in many countries in different forms. Usually falooda is prepared using milk or ice cream.But here i used yogurt to prepare it.Falooda is one of the refreshing and stomachfull drink/dessert

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Greek yogurt(mango flavour).....200 gram
  2. Vermicelli seviya ......4 spoons
  3. Sabja seeds....2 spoons
  4. Sugar....3 spoons
  5. Kesar pista powder.....1 spoon
  6. Mango....1
  7. Almond...6
  8. Pista...10
  9. Dry grapes...1 spoon
  10. Cashew... ..6

Instructions

  1. Soak sabja seeds in a water.
  2. In a pan cook saviya with 1 cup water.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and sugar to it and boil it again.
  4. Take out half of it and keep aside.
  5. Now add kesar pista powder to the other half mix them and off the flame.
  6. Let the both cool.
  7. Cut mango into small prices,also crush the dry fruits.
  8. Take a glass pour kesar pista seviya, sabja seeds,white seviya,dry grapes one by one.
  9. Now put some Mango pieces in there.
  10. Now pour kesar pista seviya and sabja seeds again.
  11. Now pour Mango yogurt into it.
  12. At last add some mango pieces on the top and decorate with dry fruits.
  13. Mango falooda is ready...:heart_eyes:
