This is a delicious version of the ice cream with the flavours of vanilla and indulgence of mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 1

1/2 liter milk
1 tsp GSM powder
CMC [a pinch]
7 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
vanilla essence [1/8 th tsp]
Chocochips - 1/4 th cup
Mango slices - few for garnishing

Instructions

Mix everything together except the mango slices in a bowl and cook on a high flame for few seconds.
Once it boils, then lower the gas flame and then cook for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame and cool this mixture. Pour this into a container and freeze it for few hours.
Now serve it along with mango slices in dessert bowl.
