Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Small size potatoes. 8- 10
  2. Tomato 3
  3. Onions. 2
  4. Curd. 3 tbs
  5. Little water ( 3-4 tbs)
  6. Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
  7. Dalchini,big cardamom, loung. A pinch
  8. Cashew nuts. 10
  9. Mustard seeds., coriander seeds 1/2 spoon
  10. Turmeric powder. 1 tsp
  11. Cumin seed. 1/2 tsp
  12. Seseam seeds. 1 tbsp
  13. Red chilli powder and salt. According to taste
  14. Garam masala. 1 tbsp
  15. Oil. 3 -4tbs

Instructions

  1. First boil the potatoes.
  2. Then take 2 tbs oil fry cashews,dalchini,loung,big cardamom in it & take out all these & keep aside in blender.
  3. Now shallow fry the potatoes in it.
  4. Take another 1 tbs oil add all rest of spices with ginger garlic paste,chopped onion, tomatoes.
  5. Make gravy of above mixer( after cooling) in blender.
  6. Now take out these gravy in pan & start adding potatoes. Add 3 tbs curd also with little amount of water.
  7. Now cover it for 10 mins after adding salt.
