Healthy bhatura made of rawa, wheat flour& maida, with some spicy chole. a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 •5 cup maida
  2. 1•5 cup. Rawa
  3. 1 cup. rice or wheat flour
  4. Curd. 1.5 cup
  5. Chick peas. 2•5 cups
  6. Chole masala. 1 tbs
  7. All spices mustard seed,cumin seeds, red chili powder, coriander powder. 1 tsp
  8. ginger garlic paste. 1•5 tbs
  9. Tomato. 2
  10. Onion. 1


  1. First knead the dough with curd by adding all type of flours.
  2. Keep it aside as minimum for 3 hr.
  3. Soaked chick peas overnight with hot water.
  4. Next day pressure cook the chick peas. Add turmeric,salt ,turmeric ( or tea bag) for colour.
  5. Now start preparing gravy of chole
  6. Take oil,musturd seed,cumin,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste.
  7. Saute it well.
  8. Now add tomato onion paste and stir well.
  9. Lastly add chole with chole masala powder.
  10. For bhatura start making round shape just like puries & fry it.
  11. Healthy chole bhature is ready to serve.
