Crispy ladyfinger is a nothern dish that dish is made any occasians any other parties. Its taste very crunchi and crispy and also spicy and tangi flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ladyfingers . 250 gm
  2. Red chill powder - half tablespoon
  3. Turmeric powder - half tablespoon
  4. Row mango powder - half tablespoon
  5. Rawa - half cup only for bindind
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a fresh ladyfingers in a bowl cut in a long slices than add a red chill powder,turmeric powder,row mango powder, add some salt to taste than add a half cup of rawa ( sooji) .
  2. That mix the all ingredients properly than rest for few minutes .
  3. Take a pan on a high flame than add a two tablespoons of cooking oil and wait for heat , than add the ladyfingers one by one step after a few minutes turn to outside and cook properly than rest for 10 minutes in a slow flame and a delicious crispy ladyfingers are ready to serve it.
