ABOUT MANGO & PEAR SMOOTHIE RECIPE

A delicious fruit smoothie made with mangoes and pears , and there is no addition of any extra sugar. A healthy and delicious drink for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango -1
  2. Pear-1
  3. Lemon-1
  4. Ginger-1 inch
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Apricot -6
  7. Water-50ml

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and make its pulp and do the same with pear.
  2. Grate ginger and squeeze it.
  3. Take the seeds out from apricot and make its paste.
  4. Put 6 spoon mango pulp, 4 spoon pear pulp, 2 spoon apricot pulp into it. Also add some lemon juice and salt.
  5. Mix it and shake it we'll do add some water in it later on.
  6. Now add some ice into it and enjoy your smoothie.
