Ingredients to make Graham Crackers

  • all purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Whear flour- 1 cup
  • sugar- 1/4 cup
  • salt- 1/2 teaspoon
  • cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
  • egg- 1
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • honey - 1/4 cup
  • Milk- 2 tablespoon

How to make Graham Crackers

  1. Mix the following dry ingredients together - flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon powder and baking powder.
  2. Separately mix the wet ingredients together - egg, oil and honey. Now add the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Cover the dough with plastic and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Next sprinkle the flour on a surface and roll out a thin dough. Cut into small rounds and make perforations.
  4. Brush these biscuits with milk. Bake at 190 degree celsius for 13 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with tea for best taste.
