ABOUT Cantaloupe soup with fresh blueberries and kiwi chunks topped with green tea cake croutons RECIPE

This is a chilled fruit recipe . Fruit soup is perfect refreshing meal or starter in summer days .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 kiwi cut in small chunks
  2. 1/2 cantaloup
  3. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  4. green tea cake or any other cake cut into samll cubes
  5. some blueberries

Instructions

  1. For Soup - first peel and seeded cantaloup and puree it . Add lemon juice, blueberries and kiwi chunks into it mix well . Keep in refrigerator.
  2. For Cake Croutons - cut cake into small pieces and keep in preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degree . Cake croutons are ready .
  3. For Serving - take out fruit soup from fridge , add cake croutons , as a topping . Serve chilled .
