Rose mousse is a very delicious dessert recipe for any function or party .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp rose syrup
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 3/4 cup whipping cream
  4. 7 grm agar agar (china grass) powder
  5. small jelly packet of any flavour
  6. sugar according to you


  1. Set jelly one day before or 1 hour before making mousse . U can set jelly as per instructions on the packet .
  2. For mousse - combine agar agar powder in half cup of hot water .
  3. Take milk in deep pan and bring it to boil , stirring continuesly, add agar agar which we already dissolved in hot water .
  4. Add sugar and rose syrup, mix well , stirring continuesly and cook for 3-4 minutes . Turn off the gas.
  5. Let it mixture cool , meanwhile whipped the cream with beater for soft peak consistency.
  6. Add rose milk mixture into whipped cream , mix gently .
  7. Now pour this into individual glasses or u can pour this into a big bowl too , refrigerate this for 4 hours .
  8. Cut jelly into small pieces . Take out mousse from fridge. Put jelly pieces on the mousse as a topping . Serve immediately.
