Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 2 cups
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  4. ghee
  5. Few Cashew nuts
  6. Few Almonds
  7. Few raisins
  8. Few pistachios
  9. saffron (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and keep aside.
  2. In a pan take one cup of water and add jaggery and boil. Keep aside.
  3. Take another pan and melt ghee. Add all dry foods and saute. Keep aside.
  4. In the same pan add ghee and add brocken vermicelli. Fry few minutes and keep aside.
  5. In the same pan add milk and jaggery and mix.
  6. Then add vermicelli and dry foods. After few times its ready to serve. Serve hot with saffron.
