ABOUT Mango- Sevai Halwa RECIPE

sevai halwa or vermicelli halwa is very famous and tasty, so this is something even more tempting due to the addition of luscious mangoes to it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. • Sooji nylon seviyan – 2tbsp (crushed)
  2. • Desi ghee – 1 tbsp
  3. • Khoya – 4 tbsp
  4. • Mango puree – ½ cup
  5. • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  6. • Full cream Milk – 4 tbsp
  7. • Dry fruits – As required
  8. • Cardamom powder – as required
  9. • Mango slices – for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add desi ghee & seviyan & roast them till it become brown.Add milk and cook until it thick.
  2. Add sugar ,khoya, cardamom powder and cook for 2 min.
  3. Add mango pulp and cook for a min.
  4. Refrigerate it for 1/2 hr and garnish it with mango slices.
