ABOUT Mango ice cream with chocolate sauce RECIPE

Mango is always very tempting and summers are worth waiting for these , so make this delicious mango ice cream at home with this easy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500ml Milk (unboiled full fat)
  2. 1tbsp + 1tsp corn flour
  3. 1tbsp + 1tsp GSM powder
  4. 7tbsp caster sugar
  5. 1cup mango puree
  6. 1tbsp mango essence
  7. 4TBSP FRESH CREAM
  8. 2tbsp chocolate sauce for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a milk, GSM powder, Caster sugar and cornflour.
  2. Take a half glass of milk add GSM powder and cornflour.
  3. Mix it very well.
  4. Take a saucepan and pour the 1 glass of milk add sugar and boil it 2-3 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes add the gms mixture slowly. Cook it till it become slightly thick about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cool it completely and put in a plastic container and place in to the freezer.
  7. It will take 12 hours to set. Our basic ice cream is ready.
  8. Take mango puree, fresh cream, mango essence.
  9. Cut the basic ice cream into pieces and put into mixer jar,add mango puree, fresh cream, essence and beat it 10-12 minutes.
  10. Keep for setting in the freezer for 10-12 hours .
  11. Garnish with chocolate sauce.
