ABOUT Oats carrot smoothie RECIPE

This is a smoothie recipe that has a smooth blend of oats with carrot.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. carrot juice: 1 cup
  2. Oats: 2 tsp
  3. dates :5-6
  4. Honey: 2 tsp
  5. Milk: 1 cup
  6. Water:as needed.
  7. To garnish:
  8. pista or badam (any dry fuits)

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add the oats with a little water and let it boil, once boiled, allow it to cool. In a bowl, immerse the dates with a little milk and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile grind the carrot with a little water to make the carrot juice, then sieve this juice.
  3. In a mixer, grind the soaked dates, the carrot juice, oats and honey together into a fine puree, add milk if needed.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits of your choice. Your oats smoothie is ready to be served.
