Soya chunks fry receipe is a simple, easy and healthy dry receipe prepared with vegetables, the amazing taste and nutrition. Soyabean contains more proteins so eat it in limits, to avoid problem of indigestion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Soya chunks
  2. Chopped capsicum 1
  3. Chopped Carrot 1
  4. Chopped tomato 1
  5. Chopped green chillies 3-4
  6. Chopped onion 1
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. grated ginger
  9. Minced garlic
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder to taste
  13. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  14. Hing
  15. Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  16. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly boil the Soya chunks and rinse.
  2. Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds, allow them to splutter.
  3. Add hing, minced garlic, grated ginger, green chillies, onions & continue to saute.
  4. Add finely chopped capsicum, carrot and and saute for a minute.
  5. Now add finely chopped tomatoes and saute.
  6. Saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
  7. Also add turmeric powder, salt, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder.
  8. Saute well till the oil starts to release from masala.
  9. Now add squeezed Soya and mix well.
  10. Cover and simmer for 5mins so that Soya absorbs all masala.
  11. Now open the lid fried them in full flame for few minutes and switch off the flame.
  12. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
