Perfect for Sunday Brunch....i generally cook on sundays for my family and this recipe is super hit at my place

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups All purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1 bowl curd
  6. 1/2 cup warm milk
  7. For stuffing
  8. 3-4 potatoes, Boiled and mashed
  9. 100 g cheese
  10. 1 tsp carom seeds
  11. 1 big onion chopped
  12. 2 green chillies chopped
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Sieve the maida, baking soda and powder together.
  2. Add salt and curd. Knead a soft dough with warm milk.....
  3. Keep aside for 4-5 hours...
  4. Now mix all ingredients for stuffing
  5. Take a roll from dough.
  6. Put stuffing Nd roll into kulchas of desired size..sprinkle kasuri methi on it..
  7. cook in preheated electric tandoor till done (3-4 minutes)
  8. Serve with simmering hot maa ki daal makhani
