ABOUT Shahi tukda in custard RECIPE

This is my way of serving shahi tukda, in a delicious bowl of custard.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White bread 8 pieces
  2. Sugar 2 table spoon
  3. Custard powder 1tablespoon
  4. Milk ½ litre
  5. Dryfruits and tutti frutti
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. Cut bread into triangle shape
  2. Shallow fry bread pieces on tawa till crunchy
  3. Boil the milk in a saucepan.
  4. Add curstard powder into ⅓ bowl cold milk and pour this slurry into the boiling milk, stir well so that there are no lumps.
  5. Now add sugar to the milk and cook till the custard is thickened enough.
  6. Arrange bread pieces in serving bowl
  7. Spread custard mixture to cover the bread pieces
  8. Chilled in refrigerator 2-3 hours
  9. Before serving sprinkle dryfruits and tutti frutti, serve this chilled.
