Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gms paneer cut in cubes
  2. 1/2 cup hung curd
  3. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  4. 2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp subzi masala/garam masala
  7. 1 tsp chaat masala
  8. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tsp besan
  10. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  11. 1/2 cup Maida
  12. 1 tsp oil
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 2 Cups Water
  15. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  16. 3 tbsp mint green chutney
  17. 1 cup thinly sliced onion

Instructions

  1. For paneer , Mix all the ingedients with paneer pieces and let it marinate for 20-30 mins. Heat a non stick pan and roast paneer on both sides at low flame till crispy.
  2. For rolls , Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a soft dough. Roll it into round parathas and roast on tava with ghee on both sides.
  3. Now apply some green chutney on the parathas. Place some pieces of paneer, sliced onion, spread mayonaisse. And fold from both sides. Lock them with a toothpick and serve.
