About Crepes Recipe

I love making these for a light yet filling breakfast. These very thin type of pancakes enjoyed with a variety of savoury fillings.

Crepes

Ingredients to make Crepes

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make Crepes

  1. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Beat untill smooth.
  2. Brush 1 tsp of butter on a non stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 2-3 tbsp of batter in the pan and tilt the pan with the circular motion to spread.
  4. Cook the crepe for 2 mins till golden brown at the bottom then turn and cook the other side.
  5. Serve as desired.
