ABOUT Sabudana toast RECIPE

A delicious and yummy toast made with tapioca pearls.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 150 gm sabudana
  2. Two boiled potatoes
  3. Two chopped onion
  4. Chopped chilli as pr test
  5. Half tea spn black pepper
  6. Half tea spn garam masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. One cup Bread crumbs
  9. Some bread slice
  10. oil for shallow fry


  1. Soak sabudana for half an hour
  2. Add boiled potatoes and chopped onion
  3. Add chopped chilli and salt
  4. Add black pepper and garam masala
  5. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough
  6. Now take bread slice
  7. Apply this mixture on one side the bread coat with bread crumbs
  8. Put a tawa on flame, grease it wth oil
  9. Shallow fry it with both side on low flame
  10. Because sabudana takes 7 to 8 minutes to cook
