ABOUT Raw mango chunda RECIPE

This is a yummy recipe of a chutney made with raw mangoes, that can be eaten on its own or served with some parathas on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2-raw mango grated
  2. 1/2cup Sugar
  3. Salt
  4. cinnamon powder 2-spoon
  5. clove-4,5
  6. red chili powder-1 spoon
  7. cinnamon powder 1-spoon
  8. 2-spoon oil
  9. jeera-1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take one pan add 2-spoon oil add grated mango mix well and cook 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and sugar ,mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Switch off the flame and the cool it at room temperature and after that add clove powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder ,mix well and it is ready to be served.
