ABOUT Mix veg sandwich RECIPE

A lovely vegetable sandwich, a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slices - 6
  2. Two boiled potatoes
  3. Two boiled beetroot & carrot
  4. One chopped onion
  5. Half tsp garam masala
  6. Half tsp lemon juice
  7. 1/4 tpn dry ginger powder
  8. Half tspn black pepper and chilli powder
  9. One tbsp sugar
  10. Two tbsp oil
  11. A pinch of turmeric powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. butter
  14. Some roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Chopped all the boiled vegetables
  2. Put a kadai on flame add two tbl spn oil and put chopped onion fry till transparent
  3. Add all dry masala , boiled vegetables, cook for few minutes
  4. Lastly add sugar and lemon juice, keep it aside
  5. Take bread slices
  6. Cut rounds of the slices using the cookie cutter.
  7. Make a pair of slice , make a small round, cut in middle of bread
  8. Spread the masala on one portion
  9. Put another part on it ,apply butter and some sesame seeds, grill it on the hot tawa.
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
