ABOUT Veg Burger RECIPE

A burger is a sandwichconsisting of one or two cooked patties inside it.Simple to make, loved by everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes - 3
  2. Grated carrot - 1/2cup
  3. Green beas - 1/2cup (Boiled)
  4. Green chillies - 1 or 2
  5. Ginger/Garlic - 1tablespoon
  6. Oil - As reauired
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  9. Red chillie powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Black pepper powder -1/2tablespoon
  11. Cilantro - 1/2cup chopped
  12. Onions/Tomatoes - 1 (Cut into rings)
  13. Lettuce
  14. Mayonise - As per required
  15. Tomato ketchup - As per taste
  16. Cheese - As requried
  17. Maida - 1cup
  18. Water - 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them, keep aside.
  2. In a pan put 2tablespoon oil , then add grated ginger & garlic saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add carrot, green chillies & green peas let it cook for 3-4 minutes, then add potatoes.
  4. Mash everything properly, add salt & all the masalas.
  5. Lastly add cilantro & keep it for cooling.
  6. Once the mixture cools make patties out if it.
  7. Make batter by adding maida & water , the consistency should be thick.
  8. Shape the pattice, coat them with the batter and then coat with bread crumbs
  9. Heat oil in a pan & deep for the patties.
  10. Heat the burger buns on tawa for 2minutes cut it from centre, apply mayonnaise & tomato ketchup to it.
  11. Keep the lettuce, then the patty on it than place tomato & onion put cheese than again place the another bun on it.
  12. Finally for burgers are ready.
