Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Rice flour
  2. 2 tbsp pearl millet flour/bajra
  3. 2 tbsp sorghum flour/ jowar
  4. 2 tbsp gram flour/ besan
  5. 1 cup spinach pureed raw in grinder
  6. 1 cup carrots pureed raw in grinder
  7. 1 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. 1 big onion chopped
  10. 2 green chillies chopped
  11. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 inch ginger piece grated
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Mix everything (all ingredients) properly with hands...
  2. Now knead this into a soft dough with hot water...
  3. Keep the dough as it is covered for 15 minutes...
  4. Now roll small rotis.
  5. Make hole in centre...Shallow fry on griddle...
  6. enjoy hot with tea as snack...I relished with aaloo matar ki subzi and chatpata gajar Gobhi pickle...It's divine..
