ABOUT Potato Paneer Balls RECIPE

A delicious and yummy starter for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1- cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 100 gm paneer
  3. Green chiily, garlic and ginger paste - 2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. chat masala-1 tsp
  6. 3-tsp maida
  7. 3-tsp corn flour
  8. ketchup - 3 tbsp [for serving]

Instructions

  1. Add everything together in a bowl. Knead a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into equal sized balls, shape them.
  3. Now deep fry these balls in hot oil, on a medium heat. Serve hot with some ketchup.
