  • Mince chicken 400g
  • Plain flour 5 tbs
  • egg 1
  • onion - minced 50g
  • egg white 2
  • garlic 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 pack

How to make Chicken Nuggets healthier choice for Kids

  1. Mix meat with flour & egg + minces garlic with pepper, salt, sugar and onion.
  2. Grease a square small pan with cooking oil then put the meat inside the pan, flatten and steam till done.
  3. Wait till the meat is cooled down enough, then cut into a squares or any shape that you like:) prepare a plate with flour. Crack eggs and keep eeg whites ready in a bowl as well.
  4. Now put the pieces of the cut meat squares into the flour roll it then put into the egg white then into bread crumbs. Fry them till brown. Or you can keep the nuggets in the fridge for the following day:)
