Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Large Prawns - 10
  2. Full Cream - 2 tbsp
  3. Hung curd - 1/4 th cup
  4. Freshly ground black pepper - 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. garlic minced - 1 tsp
  7. Green Chili Paste - 1 tsp
  8. Zatar Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Italian seasoning - 1/4 th tsp
  10. Lemon + Oil + Water for greesing

Instructions

  1. mix everything together and marinate the prawns in them for at least 30 minutes.
  2. now pierce the skewers through the prawns and grill them in a preheated oven at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes or on a tandoor. Serve hot with some green chutney on the side.
