ABOUT Devilled Eggs RECIPE

Devilled eggs are very famous european starters which are made with boiled eggs, an easy and quick party ,starter.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg-6
  2. Corn flour-1 tbs
  3. Chopped cucumber-1tsp
  4. Chopped onion 2 tsp
  5. Oil -for fry
  6. Bread crumbs-1 tbs
  7. Chili oil -1 tsp
  8. Garlic powder-1/4 tsp
  9. Onion powder-1 /4tsp
  10. Black pepper powder-1/4
  11. Sesame seeds-1/2 tsp
  12. Oregano-1/4 tsp
  13. Schezwan sauce-1 /2 tsp
  14. Chili flakes -1-4 tsp
  15. Mayonnaise-1tsp
  16. Oil for fry
  17. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. First boil 5 egg and peel them.
  2. Slice the eggs into halves.
  3. Now scoop out the egg yolks and mash them.
  4. Add chopped coriander to the mashed egg yolks.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, origano, black pepper, salt according to taste and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  6. Break another raw egg and whisk.
  7. Now mix the chilli oil and the schezwan sauce in a bowl.
  8. Add honey and sesame seeds to the above and mix it.
  9. Now heat oil for Deep fry.
  10. Now coat the boiled egg white halves in cornflour.
  11. Dip it in egg batter.
  12. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  13. Deep fry them in oil on medium flame.
  14. Now pipe the egg yolk mixture onto the fried eggs.
  15. Drizzle the chilli oil mixture and serve.
