ABOUT Pizza Cups RECIPE

This cups are easy to prepare and will be a real hit when you prepare for guests.This looks very good and tastes so yummmyyy!! We will get around 10 cups from this measurement.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the Cups:
  2. 2c All purpose flour
  3. 1tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1 1/2tsp Dry instant yeast
  5. 1tsp Sugar
  6. 1c Warm water
  7. Olive oil
  8. Salt
  9. For Filling:
  10. 1/2kg Chicken breast
  11. 2tbsp Chicken tikka masala
  12. 1tsp Soya sauce
  13. Olive oil
  14. 1 Onion chopped
  15. 1 Capsicum Chopped
  16. 1c Sweet corn
  17. 1 Carrot grated
  18. Mozzarella cheese
  19. For Sauce:
  20. 3tbsp Yoghurt
  21. 1tbsp Mayyonaise
  22. 1tbsp Tahina
  23. 1tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  24. 1/2tsp Oregano dried
  25. 1/4tsp Parsley dried

Instructions

  1. For Cups: Sprinkle the yeast on warm water and sugar and keep aside for a while. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Now pour the yeast mixture into this and knead well.
  2. Add olive oil in between kneading the dough. Knead the dough well and keep aside to rise for 1 to 2 hrs.
  3. Prepare The Filling: Heat olive oil in a pan and add cut chicken pieces. Now add the tikka masala and soya sauce. Cook well and dry the masala. Cook the sweet corn.
  4. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl mix yoghurt, mayyonaise ,tahina and tomato ketchup. Mix well and add oregano and parsley.
  5. Baking the Cups: Grease the cupcake trays. Now take small lemon sized balls from the prepared dough. Roll it into small round and keep it into the cupcake mould. Do this with rest of the dough.
  6. Now spread 1/2tsp prepared sauce inside this. Now put some chicken filling. Now put chopped onions, chopped capsicum, cooked sweet corn and grated carrot.
  7. Now spread 1/2tsp sauce on top of this and grate some mozzarella cheese over this. Prepare all the cups in this way.
  8. Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins. Keep the prepared trays into the oven and bake at 175 degree C for 15 to 20 mins or till done. Enjoy the pizza cups!!!

I had one question we don't HV to bake cups with dough before adding veggies...or we hv to bake it both at a time
