Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes ½ kg
  2. Wheat flour 2 cup
  3. Green chilly finely chopped - 3
  4. Bhuna jeera powder [roasted cumin seeds powder] - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder - 1/4 th tsp
  6. Garam Masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  7. Amchur powder [1 pinch]
  8. Salt
  9. oil
  10. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Now add all the powdered masalas along with required amount of salt and mix well.
  2. Knead a dough with wheat flour, salt , oil and required amount of water. Keep aside for few minutes.
  3. Take lemon size ball out of the dough and make thin chapati
  4. Make square tiiki out of the mashed potato mixture.
  5. Put tikki on chapati
  6. Fold the chapathi to cover the tikki from the opposite sides of chapati
  7. Then cover rest both sides
  8. Shallow fry the stuffed parathas on a hot tawa with some oil. Lifafa paratha is ready to be served.
