Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For frankie chapati :
  2. Multigrain flour 1 cup
  3. Oats powder 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Salt 1teaspoon
  6. Oil 1tablespoon
  7. Water according to need
  8. For kabab :
  9. Boiled colocasia(arvi) 200 grams
  10. Soya granuals 1/2 cup
  11. Boiled corn kernels 1/3 cup
  12. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  13. Salt and chilly according to taste
  14. Coriander leaves 1tablespoon
  15. Oil for frying
  16. For spread :
  17. Yogurt 1cup
  18. Tomato ketchup 2tablespoon
  19. Mint leaves 1/2tablespoon
  20. Grated carrot 1 tablespoon
  21. Finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  22. Finely chopped capsicum 1 tablespoon
  23. Boiled corn kernels 1/2 tablespoon
  24. Black olives. 1/2 tablespoon
  25. Lettuce leaves 2pieces

Instructions

  1. First take all ingredients of chapati in a bowl and start kneading. Add little water at a time .knead it in a soft dough and keep aside for half an hour.
  2. After half an hour make thin chapatis of the dough and roast lightly on both sides.when bubbles appear flip the side and cook .This way ready all chapatis. Keep aside.
  3. Kabab preparation:
  4. Dip soya granuals in warm water for 2 minutes and squeeze .
  5. Grind corn kernels .
  6. Add all kabab ingredients in a bowl except oil. Add grind corn kernels and soya granuals also.
  7. Now mash colocasia with hands and keep mixing all mixture nicely . No lumps should be there.
  8. Heat oil .Take a small part of the mixture and give cylindrical shape like a kabab.Deep fry on medium flame till crisp..Fry all kababs and keep aside.
  9. Yogurt spread preparation :
  10. Take a bowl.Add yogurt and ketchup . Mix it nicely.
  11. Now add rest of the ingredients except lettuce leaves in it and mix very well. Spread is ready .
  12. Assembling :
  13. Now take a ready chapati .keep lettuce leaf. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on it. At last keep kabab and roll it tightly. Serve immediately.
