ABOUT Kid's Special : Egg Muffins RECIPE

Be it a kids birthday party or giving breakfast to kids, making something healthy and filling is the main motive. This protein rich recipe is a great hit among kids.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup capsicum (chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
  4. 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  5. 1 tablespoon green chilli (chopped)
  6. 2 tablespoon milk
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Take eggs and break in a bowl.
  2. Whisk and add salt and pepper.
  3. Add capsicum, onions, tomatoes and green chilli.
  4. Add milk and whisk well.
  5. Take muffin moulds and line with liners.
  6. Add egg mix to it.
  7. Bake @ 200°C for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with ketchup!!
