Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For pan cake batter,
  2. All purpose flour-1.5 cup
  3. Full fat milk-1.25 cup
  4. Egg-1 piece
  5. Melted butter-3 tablespoon
  6. Vanilla essence-3/4 teaspoon
  7. Baking powder-4 teaspoon
  8. banana large-2 pieces
  9. sugar as per taste
  10. Pinch of salt(Optional)
  11. butter to fry pan cake
  12. For garnishing,
  13. Liquid chocolate-2 tablespoon
  14. Few blueberry

Instructions

  1. Take a large mixing bowl.Take all dry ingredients for batter in the bowl and mix everything together.
  2. Take one peeled banana in a bowl and mash it properly.
  3. Add milk and butter.Break the egg into it.mix it well with banana.
  4. Pour it into the dry ingredients and add leftover ingredients for batter in it.Give it a good whisk.
  5. Peel and slice thinly another banana. Keep it aside.
  6. Take little butter in pan for frying the pancake. Heat it to melt.
  7. Take a ladle.Pour 1 ladle batter in pan for a pan cake.
  8. Place few slice of banana over it and then add very little batter over banana.
  9. Allow it two fry one side then turn it to fry other side.
  10. In this method,fry all pan cake with leftover batter.
  11. Serve it hot.Before serving garnish it with liquid chocolate and blueberry or any fruit whatever you like.
