Grilled sandwiches filled with yummy italian pasta salad....its going to be a great option for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Boiled Macroni 2 cups
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Olives 1 tbsp
Chopped Cucumber in cubes 1/2 cup
Tomato deseeded and chopped 1/2 cup
Tricolour bell peppers diced 1/2cup
Apple cider vinegar 2tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Oilve oil 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Oregano seasoning 1tsp
Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
salt as per taste
Bread slices 8 or as per requirements
Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

Take a big bowl and add macaroni in it .
Add all ingredients one by one in macaroni . Now add all vegetables like bell pepper ,cumumber, tomato , olives in this .
You can choose vegetables of your choice .
Take another bowl add mayonnaise , apple cider vinegar,sugar, seasoning and salt, pizza sauce ,olive oil and mix well
And now add this creamy mixture to macaroni mix well.now your salad is ready .
Now heat a grill sandwich maker .
Apply butter on bread's upper side .
Fill two tbsp of macaroni salad in between the two slices of bread .
Now grill these salad filled slices in heated grill .
Your italian pasta salad grilled sandwich is ready to eat .
Enjoy with tea or juice as per liking.
