Ingredients to make Prawns fry

  • Prawns- 500 gm (with shell)
  • ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • salt- to taste
  • cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly sauce- 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder- 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice- 1 lemon
  • mint leaves- 20 to 25 leaves
  • Corn flour- 2 tbsp
  • oil- for frying

How to make Prawns fry

  1. Soak prawns in water. Add salt into it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Now wash it & drain it out.
  3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients- salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, red chilly sauce, all spice powder, lemon juice, corn flour & mint leaves.
  4. Add prawns into this mixture. Mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. When it is hot, place prawns and stir fry them.
  6. Garnish it with lemon & mint leaves....
  7. Serve it with cumin rice.

My Tip:

You can take out it"s shell if you want.
