Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. A packet of bread
  2. Ghee for frying bread
  3. Sugar 2cups
  4. Dry fruits of your choice
  5. Milk 1 litre

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and prepare rabdi from it.
  2. Boil till the milk thickens up .
  3. Add sugar in it.
  4. Rabdi is ready .
  5. Cut the bread in triangles
  6. Fry the bread pieces in ghee.
  7. Prepare sugar syrup of 1 thread consistency .
  8. Dip fried bread pieces in sugar syrup.
  9. Place it over a plate .Garnish with rabdi and dry fruits on top.
